Nolu is open to all and welcomes everyone looking for emotional inclusion! We have designed Nolu to cater primarily, but not exclusively, to the needs of people with disabilities, as opposed to traditional applications that leave very little room for inclusion and diversity. Our dating community is fully inclusive and encourages authenticity and transparency.

Nolu's mission is to help as many people as possible to have a real option for dating and access to an emotional and love life.  We are constantly working to improve our customer interface.

It should be noted that many of the accessibility features must first be selected in the settings of the cell phone you are using.  For example, by selecting a larger font size, these same settings will carry over into the application. 

Nolu includes many features that support people with hearing loss such as the Virtual Interview Module that allows users to record video profiles so that everyone can be read, seen and heard.

Nolu will use your Location to enable match suggestions with potential users within the distance you selected in your filter’s preferences. If you choose not to allow Nolu to use your Location, profiles will be shown to you according to the location of the city you indicated in your profile.  If you choose not to allow Nolu to use your location and did not indicate a city in your profile profiles will be shown to you at random when you explore. You can activate the Current Location at any time in your phone Settings by using the Refresh Location in your app Settings. 

You may request to suspend your account.  To suspend your account, go to the Settings in your application and select Suspend, you will not appear in the explore menu.  Your account also will disappear from Chat and Hearts menu.  The suspension will be automatically released when you log back in. 

To delete your account, go to the Settings of your application and select Delete. You may also request deletion of your account or any data we collect (email address, phone number, username and password or personal images) by contacting us via our online support form. Make sure you indicate your username. When you delete your account, all your photos, videos, conversations, and connections will be deleted.  This is irreversible, your data will be lost. We recommend that you first suspend your account. Nolu's team will process the account deletion request within 3 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided in your profile at registration. After the deletion you will not be able to reach your account. Every data related the account will be deleted during this process.
